Gainesville Humans and Nature

This blogsite is a space to share stories, experiences, conferences, and updates about humans and nature here in Gville, Florida and the world. I hope that students, teachers, friends and residents can use it as a space to share and learn. As a teacher of Environment and Cultural Behavior at UF, a Farmers Market vendor, a Ph.D. candidate in Ecological and Visual Anthropology, and an intrigued resident of North Central Florida, I hope to use this blog to foster conversation and community.

About Me

My photo
aMandala
Gainesville, Florida
I am a learner and a teacher, a dancer with the elements of life and a adventurer seeking to find creative solutions through community. I teach Environment and Cultural Behavior at the University of Florida while I am finishing my doctorate in Visual and Ecological Anthropology. My research focuses on spiritual ecology and creating evocative documentaries.
